Lies and false promises

I ordered a dress marked as "ships in 48hrs" as I needed it for an upcoming event. I even paid extra for fast shipping.

After 3 days, then 5 days, then 7 days I kept emailing as it still hadn't shipped. It took 3 weeks to ship and the dress arrived after my event.

I've asked them to cancel the order and have asked for a refund and no reply. They are now ignoring me. Never again

The gown was exquisite. I didn't expect the quality of the dress for the price I paid. But it didn't disappoint. I ordered a 34, and it fit perfectly. It will be beautiful in the show in the waltz number. Great find!
